What I Do, and How I Do It

I do this by recognizing the unique needs and decision-making processes of the client. And I identify the right philosophical and psychological approach to opening the right conversations with them.

More than 15 years of sales experience across a wide range of industries has allowed me to create a system I use to help clients grow and I do that by focusing on:

  • Proper branding and alignment with sales strategies and tactics via online, email, conferences, marketing materials, personnel, etc.

  • The logistical structure of the process, and ensuring the systems are reviewed to ensure a symbiotic flow that maximizes time and revenue.

  • The actual training of the best practices to be used when communicating to the client, which I accomplish through a combination of educating sales teams on proven techniques of:

    • How to simply have the right conversations with the client

    • Building trust

    • Understanding the psychology of the sale

    • And getting the team ramped up based on a sensible model, then building to scale.
